Your plan opens on a Gantt timeline with float calculated for every task: the number of days it can slip before it delays the project finish. Tasks with zero float are highlighted in red. Tasks with float keep their default colour.

Step 1: Connect Microsoft Planner to Placker with your Microsoft 365 account
Sign in to Placker using your Microsoft 365 credentials and select your Microsoft Planner plan. Placker imports your tasks and maps them to a Gantt timeline. Existing due dates appear immediately.
Step 2: Open the Gantt view and click Visibility → Show critical path
Switch to Placker's Gantt view and open the Visibility menu in the toolbar. Select "Show critical path." Placker calculates float for every task based on your dependency links and due dates.
